Kate is an experienced personal injury lawyer with a strong background in motor vehicle accident and public liability claims.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics and was admitted as a legal practitioner in New South Wales. Before joining the firm, she practised extensively in motor accident litigation under the New South Wales compulsory third party (CTP) scheme, supporting clients through every stage of the claims process, from initial advice and investigations to settlement negotiations and litigation.

Kate has managed complex claims involving disputed liability, serious injuries and significant damages. She understands the challenges clients face after an injury and is committed to providing practical advice, clear guidance and strong advocacy throughout the legal process.

Since relocating to Tasmania, Kate has continued to help injured people understand their rights and pursue fair outcomes, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their claim.
