James is a recruitment and talent professional with an in-depth experience with both internal and external stakeholder management, 360 recruitment cycle experience as well as onboarding. Having gained a background of agency recruitment 10+ years and more recently internal recruitment experience of 2 years, he has extensive experience/knowledge of the recruitment and talent acquisition function.

James joins LHD from the outsourced public sector – detention administration and is passionate about strengthening the alignment and synergy between employer and employee.
