Stephen Morgan

I completed a combined Arts and Law degree at the university of Sydney in 1988 and was admitted to practice law in the following year.

Since that time I have specialist in personal injury litigation including public liability, motor accident , work injury damages and with an emphasis on medical negligence.

I have practiced in NSW , Queensland and the ACT and in most jurisdictions including the District and Supreme Courts of those territories and in the High Court

I have been an accredited specialist in personal injury since 2004 and have been a member of the board which examines legal practitioners for specialist accreditation in this area.

I have practiced personal injury law for almost thirty years and over that time have successfully concluded close to 2000 claims.
