Unfortunately, I can not recommend LHD. They submitted an incorrect medical review that they commissioned, which was riddled with obvious errors. From the basics of getting my name wrong, my mode of travel and distance travelled to the … More examination, to my responses to questions and my reactions to the physical examination during the consultation. LHD assured me that this would not have any material impact on my claim. A week before we went to the commission, I was asked where I obtained my bachelor of criminology despite not having one or ever stating that I did. During the hearing, when I was asked to consider the insurers' offer, LHD advised me that under the terms presented, I was entitled to ongoing physio treatment. After settlement, the insurer rejected any further treatment, sighting the flawed report. LHD lodged an appeal that was also rejected. LHD advised me that they were considering the next course of action. I never heard from them again. Despite other reviews stating that they are rude. I did not find that to be the situation with my dealings. They were polite in all my conversations. They simply made basic errors and provided misleading advice during settlement.

They won't contact … More you. They go only for end pay outs. The end pay out is minimal and not worth the stress you go through. I went to another firm the pay out is half a million not 25k the new firm won't stop ringing me and organising things. Every bit of advise was wrong. I made a complaint and the director reviewed it and said it was good enough and they can't assist me. I begged for contact for someone to help. I almost lost my leg in an accident and these guys made me go through additional hell. Please be warned they are hopeless. Once they have the money funds approved they will not speak to you again and won't update anything that eventually tell you sorry we can't help. Trust me just go else where it will be done 10 xquicket and a better result.
