

Emily is an associate at LHD Lawyers, practising in predominantly Workcover matters. She commenced her legal career at Redlich’s Work Injury Lawyers and transitioned to LHD following its acquisition in 2025.
Emily completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology at La Trobe University in 2021 and went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice of College of Law. Emily was admitted to the legal profession in February 2022.
Emily is known for her dedication to advocating for injured individuals, bringing a personalised and compassionate approach to every case. Emily is driven by passion for justice and a commitment to ensuring that injured individuals receive the support, compensation and acknowledgement they deserve. She places great value on validating her client’s experiences and simplifying complex legal processes, helping to make what often feels overwhelming more manageable and transparent.
Emily has achieved significant successful outcomes in complex personal injury matters. Her dedication and results have earned her national recognition which reflects both the commitment to her clients and her impact within the personal injury space.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing sport and keeping fit.
