Tanya To is an Accredited Specialist in personal injury law and has been in full time practice since being admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2010.
Tanya specialises in public liability, motor accidents and work injury damages.
Prior to her admission and whilst obtaining her Bachelor of Laws, Tanya worked as a Law Clerk at the Law Society of NSW in the Pro Bono Scheme & Community Referral Service. This early experience fuelled Tanya’s drive and passion to assist her clients to have access to the legal system, irrespective of their socioeconomic status.
Tanya’s ambition and determination to secure and maximise the best possible outcomes for her clients have succeeded over the years by prioritising her client’s best interests, ensuring their voice is heard and explaining their legal rights and entitlements. Tanya’s eye for detail and organisational skills in her practice and management of her team has afforded her clients outstanding legal representation in a cost-effective manner.
Tanya’s achievements have been recognised at a national level with a named ranking as an Injury & Compensation Rising Star by Doyle’s Guide in 2020 and was again recognised by the Guide as a Recommended Leading NSW Work Injury Compensation Lawyer in October 2022.
