“Reichelle is the consummate professional, assisting a wide range of clients to achieve maximum compensation”
- Committed to clients, acting as an advocate and mediator
- Representing a wide range of compensation clients from Western Australia
I commenced at LHD Lawyers in 2008 and have primarily worked in the Compensation Law practice since that time. I work across a broad range of matters including public liability, motor vehicle accidents and workers compensation law.
I understand the concerns of my clients, and act as their advocate and mediator. I am committed to ensuring my clients are kept up to date throughout the claims process and that they obtain maximum compensation. Where possible I also seek to reduce the length of time of each case, resolving matters with positive outcomes for my clients before it reaches court.
In 2013 I worked alongside Andrew Dent to develop a test case to clarify the changes in workers compensation legislation that was heard at the High Court of Australia. This opportunity has fuelled my interest in workers compensation law, as I continue to see the changes being made in this dynamic and fast changing area.
I am also interested in mentoring other women who starting their careers in the legal profession and hope to mentor younger professionals in the months and years ahead.
I enjoy travelling overseas to experience new cultures and ways of life.
