I am passionate about leading teams to deliver positive and informed Customer Experiences to clients. My leadership methodology is that engaged and motivated people, deliver great engagements for clients with our brand.
Our team’s core objective is to listen to our prospective clients, gather information and insights relating to their enquiry, and to support our clients in having their matter initially assessed by our team of expert Solicitors. Our New Enquiry service model is best described by delivering connected and empathetic conversations, and ensuring we capture the right level of detail to help understand our clients’ situation and needs.
My background spans various industries where I have led large scale teams across Customer Service and Sales roles, both within Australia and throughout Asia-Pacific. Prior to LHD, I have worked across brands such as Rawson Homes, Koala Furniture, Red Balloon Experiences, and more. From this diverse background, I bring my customer-focused leadership skills to LHD, to support our clients nationwide.
