Heine has over 17 years’ experience as a lawyer.
After obtaining a double-degree in commerce and law as well as a post-graduate degree in law, and serving a period of restricted practice, Heine was admitted to practise in 2002, followed by admission to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2010.Since commencing practise, Heine has specialised as a Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer and gained extensive experience in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability, Negligence Claims, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims and Medical Negligence Disputes.
Heine works from our Western Australia office, servicing the greater Perth metropolitan area and all regional areas in Western Australia. Location is no issue, Heine enjoys travelling to all parts of regional Western Australia to represent clients from all walks of life and provide access to justice for all, regardless of geographic boundaries.
Heine has been involved in a number of high profile matters, some of which have set legal precedent and re-defined the upper limits for quantification of damages.
Heine is experienced in handling matters in all jurisdictions from magistrates’ court to Supreme Court, District Court and the Court of Appeal. Heine enjoys representing the “little guy” and taking on large multi-national companies, seeking maximum compensation for his clients. Heine is passionate about representing workers and injured persons while standing up for their rights.”
