The Role

We are seeking to recruit a confident and empathetic Senior Legal Secretary with previous personal injury experience.

The successful candidate will be organised and motivated in supporting our personal injury lawyers in the day-to-day responsibilities of the file management of their practice.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Organising meetings, travel arrangements & diary management.
  • Organising and maintaining electronic files.
  • Liaising with clients to provide status updates on their files.
  • Liaising with Barristers & other third parties.
  • Drafting pleadings and Briefs.
  • Preparation of matters for settlement negotiations.
  • Drafting of settlement documentation.
  • Billing.
  • Working closely with your Solicitor to assist with the daily operation tasks of the group.
