Bob Leitch
Director
I have been Director of LHD Lawyers since its inception in 1990. I was admitted to both the Supreme Court and the High Court as a Solicitor in 1981. In 1993 I obtained my Specialist Accreditation in personal injury issued by the Law Society. I have been involved in many complex cases in all types of personal injury matters which have taken me to the Court of Appeal and the High Court.
Over the years I have developed a wealth of experience. I have acted for both the injured person and the insurer.
Jim Hasson
Director
I am one of the founding Directors of LHD Lawyers since its inception in 1990. Over the years I have successfully represented many injured people in their various claims. I was previously a Registrar of the Federal Court. I was admitted to the Supreme Court as a Barrister and in the High Court in 1980. I obtained my Personal Injury Specialist Accreditation in 1993. I work in many different areas of Law including motor accident cases, public liability matters and Comcare. I have worked in many jurisdictions including customs, AAT, tax matters and many other jurisdictions.
Andrew Dent
Director
I am a founding partner in LHD Lawyers which commenced in 1990. I was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1985 and am admitted to practice in the High Court. My practice involves conducting litigated personal injury claims in The Supreme and District Courts of NSW and The Workers Compensation Commission, having conducted thousands of personal injury claims over a period of 26 years practice as a personal injury solicitor.
Mathew Berenger
Director
I joined LHD in 2004 and became a Director of the firm in 2008. I was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court in 1997 and in the High Court in 2007. I obtained my specialist accreditation in 2006 and so am recognised by the Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury law.
My practice mainly consists of motor accident work and public liability. My focus area deals with clients in Sydney and also the north coast from Newcastle to Coffs Harbour.
Michael Hyland
Senior Associate
I am a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury. I hold Bachelor Degrees in Arts (Honours) and Law. I also hold a Diploma of Education.
I was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 1993 and am also admitted in the High Court of Australia. I commenced working as a solicitor in private practice in 1993 and I joined LHD Lawyers in 2011.
John Abouchrouche

I joined LHD Lawyers in 2010. I decided I wanted to practice compensation law because I believe a person's health, body and mind is their most precious asset. I believe that if you have suffered or are injured or incapacitated, you deserve to be justly compensated.
Steve Sandrussi

"I joined LHD lawyers in 2012 and my practice currently consists of workers compensation matters. I was previously employed by one of the largest Plaintiff law firms for Personal Injury and have worked on motor vehicle accident, workers compensation and work injury damages, public liability and medical negligence matters.
I was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012, after having worked and studied full time to earn a Diploma of Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board.
Lucas Swan
Initially from North West New South Wales, I relocated to Sydney to undertake my tertiary education, obtaining both, a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. I have a background in personal injury law, previously undertaking employment with two of New South Wales largest plaintiff based personal injury firms.
Reichelle Jackson

I started working with LHD Lawyers in April 2008 predominately working with motor vehicle accident claims. I have completed the TAFE Diploma of Business (Legal Services) and a Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies at Southern Cross University. I am presently enrolled in a Bachelor of Law at Southern Cross University which I will complete in 2013.
Joanne Bujalski

I have been involved in the law since 1999 initially as a secretary and then in recent times have progressed to a role as a Paralegal. I have over the years been involved in all forms of personal injury law in all jurisdictions. In 2010 I commenced studying law through Southern Cross University.
Candice Uerkvitz-Shepherd
Paralegal
I joined LHD Lawyers in 2011 primarily as part of the professional team for Director Andrew Dent. I recently graduated from a combined Law and Arts degree with a major in Psychology. Since then I have developed extensive knowledge and practical experience in a range of legal fields, including criminal law.
